Question/Thoughts on 4 Plex-1 Bedroom Units

I am looking at a 4 Plex with 4 1 bedroom units at a good price and has good rents.

I understand the negatives of 1 bedroom units (tend to be transitional tenants, more turnover cost).   Do a lot of investors like 1 bedroom units and do people have success with these?

@Mark Welp I think i fill my one bedroom units faster than I do anything else. Only takes one person most of the time to make a decision.  If there is a need in the area for one bedrooms don't overthink it if it is a good deal.
