Hey guys, my partner and I are new to the Investing world and having a hard time finding lenders who want to finance deals in Arkansas. How do "newbies" overcome hurdles without much credibility? We've analyzed some deals and distressed areas (but good rental areas) just don't know the right person to talk to..

AFCU has a program for investors who need a line of credit. Go to small, local banks if banks are the route your seeking. Big banks do not have the same flexibility in lending decisions as you're smaller banks. I can give you some hard money suggestions as well if you need those, PM me.
