Getting the ball ROLLING !!
Hey everyone my partner and I are new to this arena, we have been analyzing several properties running the numbers and comps for surrounding areas. But now coming across a hurdle, the big F word we all wonder how to overcome, yes financing! Can anyone point us in the right direction. We plan to implement the BRRRR method
