ISO Las Vegas Short Term Vacation Rental
I live in Orlando and would like to invest in a short term rental in Las Vegas. Local Vegas wholesalers please get in touch with me to discuss options. Under $70k and no more than 2 miles from the strip is my target price range.

@Christopher Vargas When you say good do you mean A,B? Because Las Vegas doesn't really work that way. You will find a few condos within 2 miles that will be nice but under 100K? Probably not. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I can't think of anything with 2 miles of The Strip or Downtown that won't be a high-rise or condo. If you mean a good area to find properties there are quite a few where you might still be able to find something under 100K but the market for STR is very particular.
