Selling your own property
Hello everyone! My question here is to ask if anyone has sold their own property for retail pricing? If so, what sort of things did you do to sell it? How long did it take you to sell it? How did you go about paperwork and settlement? These are questions that pop in my head while I'm watching webinars or podcasts and I'd like to know if others have already been in this situation and how did it pan out. Thanks for your guidance in this.
