selling part of a mortgaged property ???
I am curious if what i would like to do is even possible the way i would like to do it. I want to get a mortgage on a large acreage, have it surveyed into 5 acre lots and sell them off with owner financing. Can i refinance the remaining if someone pays one off early, to supply clear deed to that one ? I imagine there has to be some way other than buying, surveying, then getting 70 individual mortgages ? any insight ?
