Marketing for Multi Family Properties

Hi all,

What kind of marketing are you guys doing to acquire MF properties? I know direct mail can be used, but what criteria is generally successful? I've been calling landlords with "For Rent" ads on craigslist and gauging motivation but have found it be less than successful. I'm hoping to scale my business in the near future and am looking to add another method to my lead generation..

Thanks in advance!

Just for keywords - NH, New Hampshire, Multi Family, Direct Mail

Axel - Direct mail, cold calling and networking with good multi family commercial brokers have always yielded good results for us.  Your on the right track, just stay with it.  Maybe expand your area to obtain more leads to qualify.
