I'm new to REI and I'm wanting to establish my company in the next few weeks. I'm looking for an attorney that is competent in business formation for long term buy/hold/rent SF and MF properties. I'm in the Southern Illinois area.

Also, If anyone has a really cool name for my company, I'd like to hear some suggestions.  I'm thinking something with the word "holdings" in it" in it.
