Want to sell my own home

Hello all,  I'm currently getting my RE license and I want to sell my own home. Do not want to hire anyone cause I do not want to pay any commissions. Should the buyer have an agent can I put in the contract that the buyer is responsible for their agents commissions?  I know it's customary to do a split. I need all the money for purchase of new home. Opinions welcomed

If you are in a good market you could always forget about the MLS and do a FSBO, just post it on zillow or something. If that doesn't work then you can go the MLS route. In a strong market buyers might find you anyway!

You can put whatever you want in a P&S, ultimately it is up to you to accept their Offer To Purchase or not. Worry about that first, getting an offer!
