House hack SF or duplex for first property?!
Hello Bp! I am new to investing and looking to buy my first property. I am either gonna buy a SF or duplex and house hack and perhaps use the BRRR method? In your opinion what would be your choice and why? I am in the Dallas area and approved for 200,000.
