Is the market slowing?
Hello PB. I am a new member that flips in the Portland OR market. Lots of talk is going on about the market slowing or prices correcting. Anyone seeing that.? All of our properties are going pending fairly quick but the repair addendum's seem to be getting longer last quarter. Buyers are getting more picky. Anyone else seeing this? Appraisal times have been a big issue in our market and it looks like buyers are starting to get very picky. Curious to hear what's happening in your market?
