New Record! 16 Flips Going at One Time
I bought another flip today and I have 16 going at once. It is a little stressfull, but also a lot of fun. Four of them are on the market with three of those under contract. Three more will be done in the next month and we are getting started on the rest. Rehab budgets range from $20,000 up to $80,000. The biggest challenge is finding good contractors!
