Cash Management Software

Hello everyone. I have been investing in Memphis for the last 4 years and have acquired a handful of properties. Recently I have partnered with a friend/fellow investor. We have created an LLC and have started to acquire additional properties. We are picking up the pace and are trying to figure out how to best manage the cash flow and expenses of our LLC. If you all could give a couple of recommendations that would be great. We are just looking to have a software that we can manage easily and by mobile device. We just need to both have access so we can see what is going on with each property and rehab.

Thanks

Dan Foster

Gotcha, @Daniel Foster.

We use QuickBooks for all of our businesses, which is a little pricey, but I imagine there's a free online accounting software that should help you if you can't get everything you need from the AppFolio owner's portal.
