I can curious what software everyone uses to manage all the properties. 

To make it easier to all the accounting, Pay bills.  etc. and keep track of it .

I typically get reports from property managers. However I pay not repair bills myself. Like insurance and Hoa.

Any suggestions how to get it all in one place. Then send it off to the accountant
