Looking for performing hotels in major markets such as NYC, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, etc. for sale.  No price cap.  The bigger, more well known, the better.  "Trophy Hotels"

Also looking for any existing marinas in the South Florida region, preferably Miami
