New Las Vegas Investor
Hello Everyone! I am still looking for my first SF property to fix and flip. I have my LLC and I am writing here today to network out to anyone who may have a property available? Someone who may be looking for a partner? Someone who may already have a property, but is running short on cash? I have $50k that has been vesting in my business account that I can invest with someone.
I also have some burning questions about hard/private money. My initial thoughts were that my $50k would be enough to get a hard/private money lender to fund a deal for me? I'm primarily focusing on properties that would not exceed this amount even with a 30% requirement.
I attended the Sin City REIA last night and it was another big eye opener for me, as well as a great group of individuals. I appreciate any help or info that anyone can assist me with!
