Thinking I need to sell... Thoughts?
Hi everyone!
Four years ago I purchased a home outside of Philly in a beautiful suburb and did a full rehab on it. I have been renting it for the past few years for 2k a month. I have over 100k in equity in this property. Now that I have some spare time and my work chaos has calmed down quite a bit I am thinking this is a no brainer to sell, capture these profits and possibly pick up a few rentals for a retirement plan years down the road. Thoughts?
