Hello BP. I currently have 3 rentals in my home town Detroit. I have financed two through mortgages and paid for one cash. I currently have $25,000 that I haven't touched in two line of credits. What are some other strategies with exit plans I can use to buy houses using credit or credit cards?

I would keep on LoC as a CapEX fund reserve.  Using the other depends upon the rates being charged and it's likely you could do better with a new loan.
