Getting Property Approved for Section 8
Hi all, I am new to this site and looking at starting to purchase real estate to rent it out. At 23 years old, there is no better time to start than now, right!? Anyway, I am looking at purchasing a property and trying to get it section 8 approved. Does anyone have experience or can you shed some light on the process you had to go through. I know it will vary based on the local housing authority, but any information is appreciated.
