Spec home building near Sacramento
Hi all,
Ive been looking every day for houses to flip in the Sacramento area and none of them fit my numbers. Im starting to look towards spec home building since there is generally less competition there.
If anyone deals with improved lots please reply to this post or send a PM. Im looking to do infill so will not be interested in any weird shaped lots with a bunch of trees and no utilities etc.
If youd like to run your own numbers: I build at $120/sqft including engineering/architect for medium-high end finishes.
