New Investor in Detroit

Hey guys! I'm a new to the real estate investment game here in Detroit. I just started my business earlier last year and I really want to flip a property in 2017. I came really close at the end of 2016, but the deal fell through because of the lending company I was using. I'm really looking to connect with some investors and agents in metro Detroit.
