Beavercreek, OH (Dayton Area) Property Manager
Hi everyone!
I have a condo which used to be my primary residence in Beavercreek, OH near The Mall at Fairfield Commons. I moved to Columbus for work and recently decided to rent the condo as my first property while I am still looking in Columbus to buy more investment properties.
The issue I have run into is I have worked with 2 local property management companies and have so far been extremely dissatisfied with their work. I have been trying to rent the condo for 3 months now and am running out of patience with my current PM.
Does anyone know any PMs who work in the Beavercreek area that they recommend?
