Eviction services in San Antonio Tx
I have a house that I need to do an eviction on in San Antonio Tx and I can hire it out or do it myself. The one company I talked with wants $550.00 plus cost which comes out to around $1000.00 and they said it could take 4-6 weeks.
Is $550.00 Reasonable? Is there a different company that could do it for less?

I have. I usually know the tenants from the beginning though. I let them know that I am just a guy who happens to own this property and I have bills too. "If you(tenant) cant pay, can you just move right away so that I dont get behind on MY mortgage, how about by Sunday?? Just for the record, here is the 3 day notice to vacate. I have to have your unit back clean and ready to show so I can get someone else in here, quick".
It is only when they start giving the excuses about not having money to move that I might suggest I can pay for the moving van or pay someone to help them move.
Texas is actually very easy to evict.
