Looking for Long Term Rental Financing.
I buy nice little fixers In SE Portland with Hard Money and do the full rehab with Granite kitchens, tile, etc... I bring the house up to full ARV. Then I refinance and keep as long term rental for top dollar rents... My normal conventional refinancing is not working out right now. So I'm looking for private long term Rental Hold financing. No construction projects or rehab budgets... I've already bought and rehabbed with hard money. Just need you to cash out the existing loans (after rehab is complete) at an affordable rate for 2-5 years or more until I can refi into conventional... You are well protected as the property has been fully rehabbed and cleaned up before you come in. Nice high value from the start. No slum rentals here...
