Explenation of the sales history

Can someone please explain the sales history of this condo with an explanation of the terminology?  I can see the bank took it over in 2009; but I don't know the difference between a qualified sale and unqualified sale, or warranty deed vs. a quit clam deed vs. a certificate of title.     Also, does the bank still own it?
