Metro Atlanta MLS School Report

I just started a new training program for real estate agents specializing in working with investors. They recommend generating a school report for active and sold listings quarterly by high school cluster from the MLS. I'm curious if anyone in the metro Atlanta area would find that interesting. I did the work for Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties only to realize i haven't been active enough on BP to send it to anyone or even if that's data investors in our area would appreciate.

Gm. I'm not in your area, but from an invetor's standpoint, I can say that information on schools has been helpful to me. It's been easy to rent or sell to families that are looking for a good school district for their kids. So, it does broaden the market one has for prospective buyers or tenants. I always however add that they are to verify the school zoning if it's an important factor to them.
