Alabama or Virginia?
Hello all,
I'm a new investor who is looking to start wholesaling in the coming months. I'm working with my brother who lives in Huntsville Alabama while I live in Northern Virginia. My question to you guys would be, which area do you feel has more promise as a wholesaler? My brother has been attending meetings in Huntsville and speaking to investors (we are focusing on probates) so we are probably going to expand there but I wanted some input on the two. Have any of you guys had luck wholesaling in either of the two places, any recommendations for areas?
