Buy and hold with a pool?
My husband and I are actively looking for an investment property in TN. One on our list has good numbers, BUT it has a pool in the back.
What liability would I have as a landlord if there were a pool accident while a tenant lived there?
I have previously sworn off pools, but I like this house otherwise.

@Anna Smith, if your area does not have a lot of homes with pools, this will be a hindrance. I'd either remove the pool, or skip the house.
