Hey BP world! Love this site.

Looking for the real scoop on the reality of trying to track down an asset manager and make a deal on a property before it gets all the way to the MLS and its a feeding frenzy?

Anyone every had luck getting to the asset manager?

OCWEN in particular?

Thank you for your thoughts!

Brian

@Brian Degener

In my opinion you have a zero chance. Most of these REO Companies are prohibited from doing anything but give the property to a listing Agent. Check with @Russell Brazil.
