What exactly is a JV Deal?
Hello all,
I'm new to real estate but I've been researching ways to get started for a good month now and one of the things I keep seeing appear are JV deals. I'm looking to get started in wholesaling, are JV partnerships like a mentor program of sorts? As in I'm able to observe the process of a deal to understand it more or is it something else?

@Michael C. JV stands for Joint Venture. So there could be a ton of different reasons and ways to have a "JV" it all depends on why two parties are partnering together. Common form is to see on party fund an investment and one party do all the other work. Also common to see for wholesaling if one party has the house under contract and the other has a buyer they will do some type of JV to split profits.
