Hello BP,

I'm looking for advice. I want to move forward into real estate but I am STUCK. I'm house hacking and own the property with no mortgage. The cashflow from my house pays the bills for my house and I pay my mom's mortgage. I've only been with my current job for 5 months and I have no money to put down on my own mortgage. I dont think I qualify either. I'm trying my best but I guess this is one of those mid-life crisis. What would you do?
