Does Cash on Cash return include taxes and insurance?
From J Scott's spreadsheet, it seems to be included. I thought I've read other people say it's not.
I;m trying to make sure I'm using a consistent calculation as I evaluate various properties and discuss Cash on Cash return with sellers and realtors / agents.
