Complex Buildings, 730 score credit, College degree, No money
Hello
I want to buy a complex building around 10 to 15 apartments.
My father have 6 rental houses, which mean that I deal with tenants all my life.
I have a very good score 730 credits, Engineering degree but no money save, never bought a property. I really want to buy a whole building.
I need to know how get the loan for the 80% and the private loan for the other 20%. plus, how I know how much the bank can approve me, because I want buy a building with are not a house that I can afford with me job. I will not buy nothing else, please give me a advise for the loan!
