Hi Everyone, 

I wanted to know if anyone has been successful on creating a ROI on a personal Vacation home rental. I am looking into investing in a Vacation home here in South Florida. We have been looking either in the Florida Keys, Ft. Lauderdale or Gulf coast side. How do you make the best decision in area and Return? Are there any South Florida Investors that may have some advice?
