Apartment Rehab Costs?!

Hi Guys - I'm new to BP and am really excited about being part of the community.

I'm new to REI and potentially see a great opportunity to rehab an apartment complex. I wanted to know on average, how much will it cost to rehab a 6 building dilapidated apartment complex? Additionally, how much time would it take to rehab the property on average?

Any rough estimates would be great!
