Triplex in beechview(pgh) pa

Hello,

I'm interested to find some investors that have multiunits in beechview (pgh) to offer advice.  I just went contigent on a triplex 3 1 bedroom units.   The building is going to need  a ton of work.   Foundation issues, stone wall bowing outward.   I'm looking for advice on what to update to get max rents for the area.   Also does anyone know of a reasonable contractor to repair the foundation, bulging wall?
