NY R6 Zoning Question

I am in the middle of analyzing a corner property investment opportunity in Brooklyn, NY. 

The lot is 60x100 and the zoning is R6. Right now there's a 2 family house with an office there. My plan is to demolish the house and build a development of condos instead. Does anyone know the maximum size building I can build on such a lot? I appreciate your time.
