Need Hamilton Realtor who specializes in Income Properties

Hi Everyone - I am from the Hamilton Ontario area and I have met several realtors here regarding income properties, but none of the great people I met really specialize in income properties. I am looking to find (like everyone..) below market values and distressed properties to flip.   If anyone knows a realtor that REALLY knows this market, particularly from an income standpoint, could you please send me a message.

hi @Matt L. I've used Cam McCarroll from Harbour Team over the years he understands the business. Don't have too high expectations of realtors finding you a deal in such a hot market.
