how to use MLS for prospecting and checking properties
Hey everyone... so I am working on getting MLS access... I have gotten on it a few times... I figured out how to do comps, how to search a property's history... What I really want to know is how in MLS to search for absentee owners.... and any other useful tools and tricks you guys have figured out.
