Please share your turn key experiences...
Has anyone had a GREAT experience with a turn-key company, especially in the west or midwest? Looking for something in an area where rents are at least at 1%. We've been looking at specifically Columbus Turn Key Properties, but it's a big leap of faith. Experienced advice would be greatly appreciated.
