Michigan Investors. Hello, I am an investor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, however my brother is looking at getting into the real estate game. He wants to house hack and is looking at duplexes, triplexes and four families. He currently lives in the Upper Peninsula, but is looking to move to the lower peninsula. What are some good markets in the LP? Doesn't have to be near any specific place, just fair valued properties where you have seen some good cash flow. Ideally 10% CoC return. Let me know your thoughts!

Grand Rapids is a very hot market right now, I live there but not currently trying to buy here, but know plenty of people that are. Prices have risen quite a bit over the past couple years, but I wouldn't think that they are going to rise like that for a long time, I expect them to slow down.  But in Grand Rapids with its rapid growth you will have no shortage of tenants looking for a place to live. I would also expect to see the rents start to rise a little quicker right now then I am noticing they are.
