Ordering a prelim title report online for CA?
Hi everyone!
I'm looking to order several prelim title reports for properties in CA and will need to do this on an ongoing basis.
Is there a company you use that allows you to order the title report directly online? What is the average turnaround time to get the report back?
I'm an investor and licensed broker.
