Houston Contractor and Inspector Recommendations
Hello Fellow Investors,
I've got a cash offer in on a property in Houston that will need some work and I don't have many contacts in the area on the inspector contractor side. Anybody have any good contractor and inspector recommendations? Would be looking to an inspection done and get 2-3 bids/estimates on the work needed within the next 5-7 days as contract to close will be quick. Happy to take any recommendations through DM.
