Any NC licensed real estate agents?
Does any one in the state of NC have a bank that does mortgages that will allow agents to use commission for down payment? I am in the process of getting my license and I want to use my commissions minus state and federal income tax to buy properties. I plan on maintaining a full time job and investing until i can supplement my income with rental income.
