Landlording from outside United State
Hello BP,
My desire is to relocate to my country in about five years from now, I love real estate here in US, I have two rental properties now, My goal is to buy three more by the end of 2021. My concern is ability to manage the properties while living 80% abroad. I will work with a property manager. Is this strategy doable. Will love to hear your thought. Thank you.
