Condo (Central Florida)

Anyone have success with condos in the Florida market (Orlando, winter park, or anywhere in the south?)? A lot of people don't seem to think they are worth the investment.

Looking at a property of 50-75K.

A few have cash flows on 2.5-3k a year, However HOA fees seem to hurt cash flow. Interested to hear others experiences.

I am mainly looking to hold. I dont have a ton of cash so a condo *looks* like a good starting point.

Thanks!
