Prime Rate Peojections
Does anyone know which site/resource offers the best prime interest rate projections? I am looking at financing proposal with a 5-year fixed rate that will change according to the prevailing prime rate at the end of that period. Does anyone have any advice regarding this type of financing for multifamily investments? Thanks.
