Who buys in Northeast Omaha?

Question

I am getting some motivated seller leads coming in from areas that I am not interested in, including Northeast Omaha.  If North O is in your wheelhouse, please let me know.

I have yet to purchase a buy and hold investment in Omaha and had been looking at properties mostly in Midtown, Dundee, and Benson.

However I know there are good opportunities for cash flow in Northeast Omaha. I'm not afraid of lower income tenants, I am a little anxious about little or no appreciation on my properties. I am interested in at least looking at the deals.

Thanks Kyle - I have a lead on 50th & Sigwart that just came in actually.Maybe shoot me a PM if you have some criteria you are looking for (i.e. price point, level of rehab, profit/equity, etc.).

I have several flips under contract to buy, and some of these leads are in areas I either don't buy in or I've got too many already in process to handle all at once.

I invest in Benson. My boundaries are typically west of 50th and south of Ames. Please let me know if you might have inquired within those guidelines.
