Is it possible to buy a house if it is listed for auction
I am looking for some homes to buy online for wholesaling, I found a really cool website that let's you know about auctions around you. I saw some houses that I'm interested in but no don't want to bid, is there a way to make a cash offer and take it off the market before it is an active auction ?
