Foreclosure/FSBO Due Diligence
Hi guys,
What are some things to check for (i.e. back taxes) when purchasing a foreclosure or a home that is for sale by owner? I have my eye on a property and I don't want to get hit with any unexpected costs because of failed due diligence. Any input is much appreciated! Thanks
